Hello! I am glad to announce that from here on out my post will again be regular and twice a week. 😋 I have read a few books in my absence and have lots of recommendations, as well as some poems that I wrote!
For today I have a poem, to share!
Life:
Short is the life we live,
Uncertain are the hours we spend,
We live each day as if we had many more,
Yet we do not know when the end will come.
We do not know which day will be our last,
We do not know when our eyes will open no more,
We know not which one of us is next,
Nor when our breath will leave us for good.
Some say you only live once,
Others say live life today,
Live, love, pay the bills,
Forget the pain and move on.
I say live like tomorrow is the end,
Love like today is your last,
Do what you love every day,
For your last minute, could be this very one.
